Individual Dental | Individual Dental Plan Overview
Premier High, Premier Low, Advantage, and Value are the four unique dental plans available. Premier plans allow you to see any provider, cover 100 percent of preventive care in-network, and include orthodontic coverage (Premier High). Advantage plans also have 100 percent coverage on preventive dental care (in-network) and use a set copay fee schedule. The Value Plan is a discount plan that allows participants to receive up to 70-percent savings on preventive care and other great discounts on dental service.

If you are a member of a participating association, you qualify for discounted rates on EMI Health's individual dental plans.
