Refer A Provider

To refer a provider to EMI Health , please follow these steps:

• Call EMI Health' Providers Relations department at 800-662-5850.
• Let the providers relations representative know that you would like to recommend a health care provider to the EMI Health Network.
• Provide the providers relations representative with the provider's name, specialty type (if applicable), address, and telephone number.
