THREE CUSTOMIZABLE GROUP DENTAL PLANS
Premier, Advantage, and Value are the three unique levels of dental plans.  Premier and Advantage plans can have 100-percent coverage on preventive dental care, and both can be voluntary or contributory.  The Premier plans give you the greatest overall benefit and flexibility. Our Advantage plans can have a fixed co-payment and have the lowest overall out-of-pocket cost.  The Value plan is a discount plan that allows participants to receive up to 70-percent savings on preventive care and other great discounts on dental service.

SERVICE
Account managers and customer service teams are proactive and will ensure that your every question is answered and all your needs are met.  Account managers can even provide on-site benefit orientations to participating groups.

With some of the largest networks of providers to choose from, you can more easily enjoy the benefit of our 100-percent in-network coverage for preventive care with our Advantage and Premier plans.

FREEDOM TO CHOOSE
