After your deductible, you pay $2.50 for a one month supply of generic drugs, $30 for preferred brand drugs, and $50 for non-preferred brands. |

If your yearly drug costs exceed $2,700, you pay all of the cost between $2,700 and $4,350. |

If you exceed $4,350 in annual drug costs, you will pay 5% or $2.40 per drug refill each month for generic and $6.00 for all other drugs. |
