To refer a provider to Educators Mutual, please follow these steps:
- Call Educators' Providers Relations department at 800-662-5850.
- Let the providers relations representative know that you would like to recommend a health care provider to the Educators Network.
- Provide the providers relations representative with the provider's name, specialty type (if applicable), address, and telephone number.
