Individual Dental | Individual Dental Plan Overview

Premier High, Premier Low, Advantage, and Value are the four unique dental plans available. Premier plans allow you to see any provider, covers 100% of preventive care in Network, and includes orthodontic coverage(Premier High). Advantage plans also have 100% coverage on preventative dental care(In Network), and uses a set co pay fee schedule. The Value Plan is a discount plan that allows participants to receive up to 70% savings on preventive care and other great discounts on dental service.

Individual Association Dental | Individual Association Dental Plan Overview

If you are a member of a participating association, you qualify for discounted rates on Educators Mutual Insurance Association's individual dental plans.
