WITH EDUCATORS MUTUAL, you will “see” that our vision plans are the most user friendly and price competitive available. Educators Vision Plans offer affordable coverage with the freedom to choose any provider.

CONTACTS & EYEGLASSES

Educators Vision Plans cover all types of frames and lenses, including permanent and disposable contact lenses. Whether your eyeglasses are single vision, bifocal, trifocal, or lenticular, Educators will replace your lenses every 24 months. Our plans can also pay up to $160* for one pair of permanent contact lenses every 24 months or $80 per year towards disposable contacts.

PEACE OF MIND

With no preferred providers to hassle with, you are in control of choosing your eye doctor. Each year Educators will pay $42* towards an annual eye exam ensuring your ever changing lenses are at peak performance. Repair of damaged lenses is also covered giving you peace of mind for the inevitable accident.

The Educators Vision Plans are underwritten by Educators Mutual Insurance Association of Utah or Educators Health Plans Life, Accident and Health.
