Change in IHC payment
procedures

Patients are now expected to pay their portion of physician and facility costs prior to receiving services from IHC providers.

These payments include applicable deductibles, copayments, coinsurance amounts, etc.

Members are responsible for knowing their benefits when receiving services. Members also need to know their COB benefits.

IHC will work with patients on financial arrangements.
